Hayat Pumps Pvt. Ltd. is now fully equipped with manufacturing set up of all range including V3 Submersible pumpset, V4 Submersible pumpset, V5 Submersible pumpset, V6 Submersible pumpset ,V8 Submersible pumpset including domestic as well as agriculture moonset pumps ranging from 0.5 hp to 125 hp.
Hayat Pumps Pvt. Ltd. has established the new manufacturing set up in well known Industrial area at Lothada in Rajkot (Gujarat ) where well known industrial companies has established their plants. The new plant is well equipped automated with modern manufacturing machineries including CNC Machine ,TIG Welding, Auto induction brazing , Online testing, Burnishing, Balancing , etc. along with all types test & measuring equipment’s Our laboratory fully equipped with modern test equipment.
Japanese manufacturing techniques such as Kaizen, Kanban, Zero defect, single piece flow, Pokayoke etc. are well implemented to match the world class manufacturing techniques.
Hayat Pumps Pvt. Ltd. are ISO 9001:2015 certified company accredited by Emirates International Accreditation Centre (EIACI) approved by International Accreditation Forum . Products are also having CE certification (Conforming European) accredited by ASCB(E) enable to Europe export market as well as other countries. The separate BIS certifications for Submersible pumpset ( IS: 8034) , Submersible Motor ( IS: 9283) and Openwell Pump ( IS : 14220 ) sets & BEE star rating process are also under process.
Hayat Pumps Pvt. Ltd. are also having product approval certification from NABL test lab. Such as NSIC as well as EQDC. Hayat products are also compliance the third party inspection agencies which are the well known certification bodies in Indian as well as abroad.
Hayat Pumps Pvt. Ltd. having two manufacturing plants at Lothada, Rajkot area shredded over 40,000 sq. ft. land area. The Annual manufacturing capacities of over 25000 Pumpsets has been established in new setup plants. Hayat pumps also started their second unit of Stainless Steel Fabricated Pumps in M.P. with latest manufacturing facilities.
